About the art:
Multiartist Aleksandra Szafiejew’s works show a global abstractive attitude, where chromatic combinations contribute to create a dreamlike, undefined world that brings the beholder back to their childhood. Sculptures, mainly made of kiln-formed painted glass, show a remarkably modern, refined conception of materiality and pay attention to the concept of serial repetition, with a sense of mystery and upsetting power.
