After receipt of the order we will confirm this order and its chosen form of delivery together with the terms of payment by mail. A confirmed order should be payed within 8 days, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. Once we have received your payment, we will confirm this by email, including the tracking number(s) for shipment. If you have decided to arrange a pick-up instead, your artwork(s) can be picked up during our opening hours by appointment in Kettinge (Rågelundevej 9) or Berlin (Voigtstrasse 12).
